Fees & Payments
Payments are due on the day of the therapy appointment. Cash, cheque, credit/debit card or BACS are welcome.
Policy for cancellations and missed appointments
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non attended appointments without any prior notice will be charged at the full fee. As much notice as possible will be provided should appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Confidentiality
All discussions will be treated as confidential. The only exceptions are in cases of significant concern about your safety or that of others, i.e. where there is a risk to harm to yourself or of being harmed. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), all recorded client information are held securely and kept confidential.
I abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct of the British Psychological Society, the HCPC and the Data Protection Act 1998. No disclosure to third parties of client information will occur without the prior informed consent of the client.
