If a third party has to be involved at any point, the fee may be higher and will be determined on a case by case basis. Third parties may be; insurance or rehabilitation companies, Employee Assistance Programme providers, training organisations, employers, statutory or legal bodies.
Payments:
Payments can be made in a way that suits you; be that via cash or card at the time of the appointment (processed securely through iZettle), or via bank transfer before the session begins. Sessions via Skype will require the fee to be transferred before the session time. I will provide bank details along with other service information before our first appointment.
Regarding those sessions being funded by insurance, I am currently registered with Bupa, AXA/PPP and Aviva insurance companies. I will ask you to provide me with an authorisation code and a membership number once we have arranged our first appointment.
Cancellation policy:
Should an appointment be booked into the diary and you are unable to keep it for any reason, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation so that I can offer the appointment to someone else who is waiting. Late cancellations made within the 24-hour period will be charged at the session fee agreed.
